Goodnow Double House These two Queen Anne style rowhouses are mirror images of each other and share the highly decorated center gambrel roof. Both facades have highly decorative spindle-worked front porches. Franklin Goodnow designed this house in 1890. Goodnow was a charter member of the American Institute of Architects. His work included the Thomas Hornsby Ferril House (2123 Downing St) and the former Columbian Hotel (17th Ave & Market St).
