Five-term Denver City Council member Hiawatha Davis owned this duplex during the 1970's and lived in the southern half. After his death in 2000, the recreation center at 33rd Avenue and Holly Street was named in his honor.

This terrace style house was built in 1904. Note the crenellated molding near the roofline.
