Our tour starts in the southeast corner of the neighborhood, at York and 23rd. This beautiful brick Gothic-Revival church was built in 1923. Clasically arched windows soar toward the church's pinnacled roof. Modeled after a church in Cork, Ireland, St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church towers over the western edge of City Park.
