Historic Whittier Neighborhood Denver Houses

Welcome to the Whittier Neighborhood website, featuring news, information, and photos of one of Denver's oldest historic neighborhoods. Whittier's beautiful, tree-lined streets are located two miles northeast of downtown. The neighborhood is bounded on the north and south by MLK Blvd and 23rd Avenue, and on the east and west by York Street and Downing Street. This website is a service of the Whittier Neighborhood Association whose mission is:

"... to promote, enhance and maintain the vibrant quality of our Whittier community and environment. Residents and businesses shall access information, services and advocacy using the Whittier Neighborhood Association as their resource."

10th Annual WNA Yard Sale: Saturday, June 9, 2012
Sign up today for the neighborhoodwide yard sale; individuals, churches and other organizations are welcome to participate. You keep your profits! WNA will place an ads, promotes the event, provide signs for your house, and creates a map of all participating houses: for distribution and posting on the WNA web site.

New this year—You don't have enough stuff to have your own yard sale? The WNA will try to match you up with other Whittier neighbors, so you will all reap the benefits! WNA members will get top billing on the map that will be posted on the web site and handed out at each yard sale. Sign up using our form or for more information contact Cathy Calder at 303.296.1680 or chc@blondedesign.com.
