Bo Matthews Center

The Bo Matthews Center will be a three story, 36-unit housing development on the SE corner of Downing & MLK Jr. Blvd. The Good Neighbor Agreement (GNA) between the Fourth Quarter LLC, the Bo Matthews Center Center for Excellence and the Whittier Neighborhood Association was signed by both parties in August.
