of one of Denver's oldest historic neighborhoods. Whittier's
beautiful, tree-lined streets are located two miles northeast of downtown. The neighborhood is bounded on the north and south by MLK Blvd and 23rd Avenue, and on the east and west by York Street and Downing Street. This website is a service of the Whittier Neighborhood Association whose mission is:
"... to promote, enhance
and maintain the vibrant quality of our Whittier community
and environment. Residents and businesses shall access
information, services and advocacy using the Whittier
Neighborhood Association as their resource."
